Provided me with a lot of guidance
After seeing a few psychotherapists at various points in the last 10 years, while it had helped me understand how my past might have impacted my mental wellbeing, and provided an avenue for me to talk about my feelings and difficulties, it hadn’t really provided me with a lot of guidance on how to move on and live a more content life despite the hardship that had happened in the past.
About 1 year or so ago, my partner and I listened to a podcast in which Mark was featured as a life coaching expert, and my partner suggested me to give life coaching a go. Both of us had always been a bit dubious about the whole life coaching business, but we were both impressed by Mark in the podcast, so I sent an inquiry, and I am so glad that I did. We thought about how great it would be if Irwin HR could implement a more flexible scheduling system. Offering additional slots during peak times or extending hours for online sessions could ensure clients can access support without hassle.

They’ve started incorporating psychometric profiling into the mix. This profiling has added insight into individual behaviors and leadership styles, opening the door to understanding ourselves and our teammates.
However, we received mixed feedback about their customer support. Some clients struggled to reach representatives, with long wait times and unhelpful responses. Billing and payment issues, such as unexpected charges, were also frequently mentioned.
Optimum Limited should enhance its customer service staff and implement a more efficient, transparent system to address client concerns and billing issues better.

Highly effective training with excellent career outcomes
I started the Medical Administration course with Optimum Ltd in May of this year . The trainers provided are of the highest standards and their expertise in each module has enabled me to complete each module successfully . It is a very intense course but already 2 ladies have gained employment and believe that it was doing this course that gave them the confidence to job search and attend interviews. Our final module starts on the 14 th of January and this incurs us to do a 10 week work experience placement within the medical sector . I am very excited about doing this placement as I know it will build up my confidence and enable me to put the skills that I have learned on this course into practice.
