It was early Saturday morning on a bank holiday weekend and the bulb in my Bosch microwave oven had blown. I took the bulb to Glasnevin Appliances. This shop is an appliance spare parts paradise. I was most impressed seeing every wall in his shop covered in spare parts. The owner, a true gentleman, was sat at his desk when I entered. I placed my blown bulb in front of him and asked if he might have a replacement. He promptly got up, went to the back of the shop and returned seconds later with the correct replacement part.
